Storage & Handling The crust comes frozen with detailed instructions for use. This dough will work well with any pie you choose to make. One order of pie dough comes with a top and bottom crust fitting pie pans up to a 9-inch diameter. Our Process Now you can experience our signature Frog Hollow crust on all of your own delicious pie creations in the comfort of your home! To create each disk, Chef Becky uses a combination of organic flour, organic butter, and 100% pasture-raised leaf lard from Prather Ranch. Organic butter makes our dough flavorful while the leaf lard creates a wonderful flaky texture. The result is a tender, golden pie crust that will complement any filling you choose and allow your pie to shine. Our pie dough comes pre-rolled, making handling and baking a breeze. All you have to do is fill, bake, and impress! This product is perishable and will be kept frozen in an insulated cardboard cooler for pick-up at the CSA site. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location. Keep frozen until baking. Comes with baking instructions.
