A creamy, mild bean, traditionally loved with spring lamb or in cassoulet-type dishes, but we love them best with roasted garlic and tomatoes as a side dish with most anything. It's ultra-creamy and dense and it stays whole despite a little rough treatment when being cooked.

This product is delivered in a separate box from your CSA share. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location.
