Storage & Handling

This product is perishable and ships chilled.

Keep frozen until baking. Pre-heat your oven to 375°. For convection ovens, lower the given temperature to 350°. If your pastries brown too quickly, cover them with a loose sheet of foil. We include parchment sheets with each shipment and recommend that you use them to line your baking tray. For a golden brown crust, brush the dough with cream, milk, or an egg-wash. Sweet pastries may be sprinkled with sugar if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Chef Becky chops up our legendary dried pluots and sprinkles cozy cinnamon into these scones for a homemade taste that can?t be beat. The chewy bite of our sweet tart Frog Hollow dried pluots throughout the pastry, coupled with the earthy taste of cinnamon, creates a super special flavor combo that is unique to our bakery. You won?t find it anywhere else! We love enjoying this scone fresh out of the oven with a cup of tea and a dollop of our Plum-Blueberry or Nectarine-Plum Conserves.

This product is perishable and will arrive chilled in a cardboard cooler for pick-up at the CSA site. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location. Keep frozen until baking. Comes with baking instructions.
