They are an easy handheld breakfast or dessert for your whole family, and come in four different flavors based on seasonal availability - blueberry, peach, apricot, and apple!

Size Features Ingredients Pastry Dough: Organic flour, organic butter, cream cheese, organic sugar, salt. Apple Filling: Organic apples, organic sugar, vanilla. Apricot Filling: Organic apricots, organic sugar, ascorbic acid, citric acid. Blueberry Filling: Organic blueberries, organic sugar, organic lemon juice, and tapioca flour. Peach Filling: Organic peaches, organic sugar, ascorbic acid, citric acid.
Manufactured on equipment that processes milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds. ***Known allergen ingredients. Storage & Handling This product is perishable and ships chilled. Keep frozen until baking. Pre-heat your oven to 375°. For convection ovens, lower the given temperature to 350°. Let frozen pockets sit at room temperature while the oven heats. If your pastries brown too quickly, cover them with a loose sheet of foil. We include parchment sheets with each shipment and recommend that you use them to line your baking tray. For a golden brown crust, brush the dough with cream, milk, or an egg-wash. Sweet pastries may be sprinkled with sugar if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly. Best served warm and dusted with powdered sugar before serving. Our Process Move over Poptarts! Each pocket pastry turns a delightful golden brown, providing an excellent crisp texture to encase a warm, juicy fruit filling. Light and flaky, but not too sweet, these Fruit Pockets are the perfect individual size for a grab-and-go breakfast, or even a delightful dessert. This product is perishable and will arrive chilled in a cardboard cooler for pick-up at the CSA site. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location. Keep frozen until baking.
