Drawn through tiny square dies, noodles have a thin flat shape instead of the typical circular tubes. This adds more surface area, which means more space for a sauce to cling to! Try this spaghetti with delicate ingredients, fish or cream-based sauces ? and meatballs (of course!).

This product is delivered in a separate box from your CSA share. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location.
