Storage and Handling

This product is perishable and ships chilled. Upon arrival, freeze for later use or thaw fully to room temperature before serving. Once thawed, serve within approximately 12 hours.

Our Process

Chef Becky's chocolate orange marmalade cake is the perfect marriage of good quality dark chocolate and sweet navel oranges. This decadent blackout cake ? made with coffee to enhance the rich flavor of dark chocolate ? is frosted with a creamy chocolate ganache (made with 66% dark organic Guittard chocolate). It features a thin layer of Frog Hollow Farm's popular Organic Navel Orange Marmalade nestled in the middle, made from organic oranges. Moist and chocolate-y, this cake is every chocolate lover's dream.

This product is perishable and will be kept frozen in an insulated cardboard cooler for pick-up at the CSA site. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location.
