Pastry Dough: Organic flour, organic butter, water, organic sugar, salt.

Filling: Organic apples, organic sugar, vanilla.

Manufactured on equipment that processes milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds. ***Known allergen ingredients.

Storage & Handling

This product is perishable and ships chilled.

Keep frozen until baking. Pre-heat your oven to 400°. For convection ovens, lower the given temperature to 375°. If your pastries brown too quickly, cover them with a loose sheet of foil. We include parchment sheets with each shipment and recommend that you use them to line your baking tray. For a golden brown crust, brush the dough with cream, milk, or an egg-wash. Sweet pastries may be sprinkled with sugar if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Chef Becky arranges thinly sliced organic apples over a lightly sweetened apple sauce within a buttery, flaky pastry to make a seasonal treat that will delight you and your loved ones! Each stunning handmade Apple Galette makes the perfect centerpiece for entertaining, no matter what the occasion. Serve up slices that are suitable for each individual's preferences, and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped sweet cream to elevate your dessert.

This product is perishable and will be kept frozen in an insulated cardboard cooler for pick-up at the CSA site. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location. Keep frozen until baking. Comes with baking instructions.
